The 221+ Patient Support Group is currently only set-up to support women and families identified by the HSE. If you have any questions about your eligibility to join the group, please review the FAQ’s on this site and contact info@221plus.ie if more guidance is required.
If you are eligible to join the group, please first submit the Enrolment Consent Form provided by your Liaison Officer. After this is received, you will be able to request access to the private member portal on this site. Please contact info@221plus.ie if you need assistance.
